ORDER LOGISTICS & DEPLOYMENT
Address Modifications: Once an order is confirmed, address modifications can only be executed if your order has not yet entered the physical fulfillment phase. Contact Client Services immediately for adjustments.
Order Consolidation: We cannot combine multiple separate orders into a single shipment. Each purchase is processed and deployed independently.
Once a purchase is confirmed, our team requires 2 to 4 business days to process and pack your order. Upon deployment from our NYC facility, you will receive a secure tracking email. Please note: Basileía is not liable for carrier delays, lost or rerouted packages, or items marked as "Delivered" that are stolen from the premises. Ensure your drop point is secure.
At this time, Basileía is currently shipping only within the United States. International deployment is not currently active.
Restricted Drop Points: We require a secure, physical location for delivery. Shipments to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are strictly prohibited and cannot be supported by our carriers.
Returns & Exchanges
Because profits are actively deployed to global missions, we maintain a strict return protocol to protect the integrity of that funding. However requests for exchanges, or reports of errors or damaged items, must be made within 14 days from the delivery date. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item BEFORE check out, exchanges will not be made on size ordering errors.
The garment must be completely unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags and packaging. Every returned product undergoes a rigorous physical inspection. If the garment exhibits any signs of wear, odors (cologne, smoke), or structural stretching, the return will be denied and the item shipped back at the client's expense.
EXCHANGES will be subject to a processing fee. Please contact us in order to receive exchange instructions. Exchanges on limited release and exclusive items are not guaranteed. Please fully ensure your order is correct BEFORE checking out!
If you receive a garment with a genuine manufacturing defect, you must submit an inquiry with photographic evidence within 5 days of delivery. Upon verification, we will issue a direct replacement. Minor variations in the vintage wash of our faded garments are intentional design elements, not defects.
Certain items are classified as Final Sale. This includes any items purchased during a secure drop, heavily discounted items, or specific limited-issue garments. Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit
Payment & SECURE CHECKOUT
We accept all major credit networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, and ShopPay. Secure mobile authorizations are also fully integrated via Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Your designated account is charged immediately upon order placement. This includes the full value of the items, applicable taxes, and shipping fees.
Our checkout infrastructure utilizes rigorous fraud protection protocols to protect our clients and our mission capital. If your transaction is halted or displays a "Transaction Cannot Be Processed" error, you must contact your financial institution directly to verify your identity and authorize the transfer.
